The Site is operated by AL Sadat Ghayas Dastarkhuwan Welfare Organization, a welfare organization registered in Sindh, Pakistan, with head office in Karachi. Contact details are on the Contact page.
2. Content ownership
All text, images, logos, code and structure on the Site are the property of AL Sadat Ghayas Dastarkhuwan Welfare Organization unless attributed otherwise. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site's content without our written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent yourself, impersonate the organization, or interfere with the Site's operation.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications ("spam") or malware.
- Attempt unauthorised access to any account, server or data.

4. Donations
Donations made to us through any channel (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, cheque, cash) are voluntary and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, non-refundable. Refund requests for demonstrable errors (duplicate transfer, wrong amount) may be considered — email donate@alsadatghayas.org within 30 days.
5. Program allocation
If you specify a program (e.g. Zakat, ration, Ramzan, emergency) when notifying us of a transfer, we will honour that allocation. Where no allocation is specified, we apply the donation to the greatest current need.
6. Volunteering
Volunteering with us is unpaid and voluntary. Volunteers agree to abide by our code of conduct, to respect the dignity of beneficiaries at all times, and to keep confidential any personal information they may encounter in the course of the work.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, JazzCash, Easypaisa, banking apps). We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
8. Disclaimer
The Site's content is provided "as is" for general informational purposes. Impact numbers, program costs and Nisab values shown are accurate at the time of publication but may change. For Zakat calculations, seek scholarly advice where your situation is complex.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
